Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on the same date each month
- Annual subscriptions receive a discount and are billed yearly in advance
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
- Payment methods accepted: Credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
Refund Policy
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers (first-time subscribers only)
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- Pro-rated refunds available for annual plans if cancelled within 30 days
- No refunds for partial months or add-on services after 30 days

- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
- You are responsible for backing up your data and customer information
- We provide 99.9% uptime SLA with service credits for extended outages
- Force majeure events may affect service availability without liability
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
- We may suspend service immediately for violations of acceptable use
- Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
- All payment obligations remain in effect through the current billing period
- Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations
